Chicken cooked in a tomato mushroom sauce.
Legend has it that this dish was served to Napoleon the night before his victory in the Battle of Marengo (not far from Milan, Italy, on June 14, 1800). Apparently, the Emperor rather liked it…

We found this very tasty and will definitely make again. I used drumsticks and a couple breasts because the store didn't have any leg/backs available. Worked just fine. 2 year old loved it too.
It was good, but I'll have to try it again as I burned the sauce by not checking if it was boiling or not...*lol*
We used boneless chicken breasts for this recipe and found it quite good. It takes a little more time than popping the chicken on the BBQ... but it tastes great.
