Ingredients

1/8 Boston lettuce 26 g
2 eggs size large, boiled, sliced
1/2 green onions/scallions, finely chopped
1/2 stalk celery, finely chopped 35 g
1 tbsp mayonnaise 14 g
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g
ground pepper to taste [optional]

Method

  1. Put the lettuce leaves on a working surface. Portion out the mayo, eggs, green onions and celery onto the leaves. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll each leaf into a wrap and serve.
