Ingredients

2 packs Flamingo shaved turkey « Smoked Meat » 360 g
8 slices rye bread 160 g
260 g Emmenthal cheese, sliced
2 tbsp Dijon mustard 30 g
2 tbsp prepared mustard 30 g
8 pickled gherkins 40 g

Method

  1. Warm the rye bread and shaved turkey in microwave oven.
  2. Spread mixed mustards on rye bread slices.
  3. Add sliced Emmental cheese and shaved turkey. Cut each sandwich in half.
  4. Serve with mini dill pickled cucumbers.

  • For a complete meal, serve with a spicy coleslaw salad.
