Zucchini Noodles in a Bolognese Meat Sauce

Ingredients

4 tsp olive oil 20 mL
2 zucchini, spiralized 260 g
1 cup Bolognese Meat Sauce (keto) 250 mL
1/4 cup butter, unsalted 55 g
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese 6 g
1 pinch salt [optional] 0.2 g

Before you start

Keep the serving dishes in the oven at the lowest setting so they are warm when you serve.

Method

  1. Spiralize the zucchini and set aside.
  2. Heat the meat sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan over meadium-high heat. Add the zucchini and cook 2-3 min, until softened.
  4. Add the sauce and butter to the pan and mix well. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve in the warmed dishes.
