Keep the serving plates in the oven at the lowest setting so they are warm when you serve.

It was very good and I also added some sweet potatoe along with the apple and instead of adding margarine to stop everything from sticking, I added a bit of orange juice instead to keep the calories low. It gave a very good orangy taste to the sweet potatoes. Everyone loved it.
This was a very simple and easy recipe to make. I take care of special needs people, two of them full time and one of them is a fussy eater, but they really enjoyed this dish and the fussy one asked if I would make it again..
